School Uniform
We are very proud of our distinctive school uniform, which all children are required to wear.
- Please ensure your child does not wear jewellery or nail varnish.
- Tattoos are not appropriate for school and temporary ones should be removed asap before returning to school following holidays or occasions.
- Long hair must be tied up. Short haircuts should be appropriate (Number 2 minimum)
- Children with pierced ears are asked to wear only studs.
Please ensure that all items of school clothing are marked with the child’s name including shoes. Lost unnamed items of clothing are very difficult to find.
Winter Uniform
- White shirt or blouse (generic)
- Maroon tie
- Maroon cardigan or V-necked sweater
- Maroon coat/blazer with school badge or fleece (optional)
- Black or Brown shoes (sensible style)
- NO BOOTS OR TRAINERS
- Plain grey, white or maroon socks/tights
- Grey pinafore/skort/culottes or tailored grey trousers (generic)
Summer Uniform
- Pink and white striped dress
- White socks
- Grey pinafore/skort/culottes or tailored grey shorts (generic)
- White shirt or white polo shirt (generic acceptable however logo version of polo shirt is available)
- Grey socks
- shirt can be open necked – no tie required (generic)
Infant PE Kit
- Maroon/Navy shirt with S H logo
- Navy Blue reverse stripe shorts
- Maroon jogging suit
- P.E. bag
- Plimsolls
Junior PE Kit
- Maroon/Navy shirt with S H logo
- Navy Blue reverse stripe shorts/navy blue skort
- Maroon Jogging trousers with white trim
- Maroon top with white trim and SH logo

School have regular second-hand uniform sales. We also have a book in the school entrance hall for requests outside of this time.
School bags for younger children are available at school office and usually last up until Year 3. Pupils, Year 3 upwards, can bring their own rug sack.
