Udayan Project, Kolkata
Udayan was set up by the Revd James Stevens in 1970. It now houses and supports over 300 children whose families suffer from leprosy. The people are given medication and the children go the centre’s school. People with leprosy in India are usually very poor and the children do not go to school. Udayan makes a great difference to their lives. We are supporting Udayan with our fundraising.
