Sacred Heart's Nursery for up to 26 children aged 3 – 4 years is now open! Admission to the Nursery can be arranged for September, January or April starts depending on on the places available. The Admissions Policy attached below details the admissions process for the September intake, if places are still available after this intake then they are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Children attend five mornings a week 9am – 12pm and the Nursery is free of charge.
The policies that govern the operation of the Nursery are the school's own policies - see Policy section of this website. Admissions to the Nursery and the School are dealt with separately, and, whilst the Nursery is part of Sacred Heart’s new Early Years unit, attendance at the Nursery does not guarantee entry into the Reception class, for which there is a separate Admissions procedure.
The Nursery team consists of: Mrs Vanessa Harrison (Nursery Teacher), Mrs Francesca Heslop (Nursery Assistant) and a second Nursery Assistant (position currently vacant).
